Hell In A Cell Review

By Jim Kennedy I have been looking forward to this event for a while. The last Smackdown event before Team Blue gets on the road to Survivor Series, it comes to our hometown in Detroit, at the new Little Caesars Arena. Altogether, seven competitors entered Hell In A Cell for two separate matches (The New Day vs The Usos for the Tag Team titles, and then Kevin Owens vs Shane McMahon). You had other matches happen as well, including the U.S. Championship match turn into a triple threat between AJ Styles, Baron Corbin, and Tye Dillinger; Charlotte and Natalya d for the Women's Championship; and the "Glorious" Bobby Roode taking on an entrance-less Dolph Ziggler. WWE No Mercy Review

By Jim Kennedy Usually when you have a pay-per-view card that has two Wrestlemania-esqe matches, you'd think the show itself would be a good one. Eminating from the famous Staples Center in Los Angeles, No Mercy had the feel of Wrestlemania on paper, but the show didn't have that feel as it went on. Still, No Mercy was a success in my opinion, and this review will tell you why. Best Match of the Night: Roman Reigns def. John Cena I admit I was suspect of this match going into the pay-per-view. I thought this could potentially be just an overhyped match with a disappointing ending. Well, I admit, I was wrong. Both Cena and Reigns brought out everything and anything in their respective arsenals. It was hard fought, back and forth battle between two of WWE's biggest stars, and in the end, Reigns prevailed. The next night, Reigns admitted that he has respect for Cena now. This match isn't match of the year, but it was a damn good one, and definitely deserved match
